Is it possible to swap back-and-forth an eSIM, between the iPhone 14 Pro Max and galaxy S22 ultra?

I switched over to the iPhone 14 Pro Max. I have a habit of swapping back-and-forth my SIM card between my iPhone and android phone. Now with eSIM, I can’t swap it easily. I called T-Mobile and spoke to one of their experts. She did not find a solution for it.

Is it possible to easily swap back-and-forth an eSIM, between the iPhone 14 Pro Max and galaxy S22 ultra?
