Essentials before leaving Canada to the USA

I will be leaving Canada to work on a TN visa in the USA starting in February. I do plan to come back to Canada for visits, but will base myself out of the USA and spend the majority of my time there.

Do I need to tell the CRA and OHIP that I will be leaving? If so, how?
