FraMeSToR Remux

Hi I am extremely new at this, but I am trying my best to learn. I recently set up a home theatre system and want to learn how to watch movies in the best possible quality to fully utilise my sound and screen setup. I've heard that REMUX is the highest quality format for movies. And also FraMeSToR is the best group? that uploads REMUX. But unfortunately it is hard to get in. I was wondering how does joining these work? And what happens after, will I get access to a FraMeSToR website or something?

I typically download movies from 1337.to, from QxR. Any advice on improving my movie-watching experience would be greatly appreciated.
