Best treadmill for half marathon training

Anybody have recommendations for the best treadmill to train for half marathon, possibly full marathon in another year or so. With winter coming and not being able to train outside as much, needing to purchase a treadmill to continue training.

Looking to spend under but up to $3k. Want to have this treadmill for a while and will hold up!
