Guaranteed ride back BS

Had a decent ride to san Diego from LA, took about 3.4 hours made 210 bucks. When taking the trip I got a notification saying that I'd be guaranteed a ride back, great!. Sure enough after dropping off i got a ride back offer, back to LA for 140, hell I'm not driving back empty handed so I accepted it, pax was 15 minutes away, ACCEPTED and went for them, they canceled. Lost the ride back. Called support, and to put it simple "kick rocks kid" is what they really meant to say. Ig pax canceles so does the ride back since it reads as a "cancelation" and AI wont distinguish pax from rider.
