Certificate of Sponsorship Waiting Time

Hi! I've been offered a job in NHS but my certificate of sponsorship hasn't been released. How long does it usually take for it to be released? I think they only applied for my CoS October 2023. They are public company so the CoS shouldn't take that long I supposed :(
