Easiest BHS elective courses?

I was looking at the BHS major requirements and need to fulfill the biology elective. It says any 200 or 300-level biology, EEB, or MCDB course. Are there any easy courses out there with a low course load?

Also, out of curiosity, when you declare a BHS major do you get anything (like a shirt, sticker, etc.) ??
