Confused by USPS intl package status history

I’m trying to understand who is holding my package. I’m a newbie to this. I know that customs is a different entity from USPS. So in the status history here, it says that the package was “inbound into customs,” and then “arrived at USPS destination facility” after that.

Does this mean that customs is done with the package and USPS is now in possession?
