Longtime Volvo owner disappointed with the seats

I've owned several Volvo's, the 850 being my all time favourite, and one thing they all have in common is the amazing seat ergonomics. That's what really sold me on Volvos.
Not so much with the C40 imo.

I've got the base model so the seats are manually adjustable with an electric lumbar support, however I just can't seem to find what works for me.
Which is quite annoying given that I've never had to spend more than two minutes adjusting the seat on my 850, 240, C30, ...
Taking a seat behind the wheel in a Volvo just always felt like coming home. Now it just feel equally (un)comfortable as any other regular carseat.

I don't know whether it's Gheely that decided comfy seats aren't necessary for their lower tier cars or if I'm simply being a spoiled brat? but you'd think a car that costs three times as much as the C30 did would not have worse seats. Sorry for the rant but I guess I'm just hoping that somehow someone will tell me how to adjust the lumbar support properly so I can stop readjusting my ass every 10m.
