Frozen screen wash. How to fix?

Now the serious part. It appears my California sourced C40 did not have screen wash in it that was rated to handle the 14°F temps we’re getting in the Midwest and it has frozen solid.

I tried to add proper screen wash in case it was actually empty but it appears to be full - just frozen. Considering there is no engine to heat this thing up, how might I thaw this out and what are the odds that this frozen liquid has expanded and cracked the washer bottle?

I’m hoping this cold weather Swedes had anticipated this and engineered this to allow for this possibility without catastrophic damage. 🤷🏼‍♂️
