How does everyone feel about cart associates?

I’ve been a cart associate for almost a year now, and I’ve noticed a lot of mixed views on us. At least at my store, that is. I honestly feel like it should be easy, yet often people make it difficult.

I’ve been pulled aside because I’ve had to yell at the ineptitude of customers wanting to pull my buggies as they like to grab them when I push them inside. (I’ve already hit a few people due to said reason. We have these warped barriers that make it nearly impossible to see inside the store.)
