Thisorthatutah AKA RofferMercantile AKA Anna Roffer is dishonest. I was a fan, but she stole from me, more than once. If you haven't been burned by her, just wait, you will. It's only a matter of time.
If you do buy from her:
Write down -
- what you buy
- what you paid
- WHEN YOU BOUGHT IT
- how much / how many
Take screen shots or video if you can
DO NOT BUY ON FACEBOOK. She either won't send your items in a timely manner (even if you ask ... or beg), or she won't send your items at all. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
DO NOT DO LOCAL PICK-UP unless you plan to pick up the items in person.
❌❌She will not send the items. I repeat. SHE WILL NOT SEND THE ITEMS! This is her way of cheating WhatNot by demanding you send the code immediately after the show. She will sell this to you, so you can help her get medicine or pay bills, or so it can help you lower your shipping costs.
If you select Local Pick-up, you will have NO way to recoup your money when she doesn't send your items. Once you give her the code, WhatNot believes you received the items.
- Do not buy "unseen bundles" . She will use that as an opportunity to unload things like medical equipment (that you can't use) or cheap Dollar Tree lotion. She overvalues the mystery items, so you think you're getting "boutique clothing from LA". Then she will send ugly cheap clothing from China that won't fit. BUY ONLY WHAT YOU CAN SEE.
🔺🔺Mystery bags or "tub O crap" can be fun until the items arrive broken OR the things you saw her pack FOR YOU never arrive. That's why she gets so many "didn't get what I ordered" reviews. You think you're getting one thing, and then other things show up. Since she lists them as "tub" or "bundle" , it's harder to prove what you bought. (Take screen shots). She also makes it harder by running "tub o crap" 10 times in a row before making the bundles, so you have to watch minutes video receipt for minutes or hours before it shows her packing YOUR bundle. That's a tactic to confuse the buyer and the selling app. She's a pro.
🔺🔺DO NOT BUY MAKE-UP The ELF make-up is old, and the colors I received were DISCONTINUED YEARS ago. The liquid foundation is thick, mostly evaporated, and old. Plus , she over charges for the products. Buy fresh ELF from Amazon for the same price or lower , and it will come the same day or next day.
JAMS, SYRUPS, CANDIES are cheaper online. Do not trust her inflated prices! She makes them up. Google search! The exact same brands are cheaper and fresher online. Price before you buy.
Be wary of coins. She will ship bundles and tell you you're getting one thing and will send another. She over-hypes and overvalues everything. Make sure you can see exactly which coin you are getting. Make sure you can see the year. Take a screen shot to ensure you get THAT coin. Don't trust her words. Trust your eyes, and save the screen shot for proof.
DO NOT BUY CLOTHES unless you see all sides and see what you are getting. She will send clothes with security tags, staples, or say you're getting one size and will send another. She will say the clothes fit a 1x or 2x and will send junior mediums. Make sure you know exactly what you're getting, then cross your fingers it shows up.
Do not buy anything breakable!
Her husband (who does the shipping) consistently uses ZERO wrapping for breakables. Anna will fill a plastic bag with breakables along with other items. Then the husband will put that plastic bag directly into a box for shipping. No bubble wrap. No packing-peanuts. FRAGILE ITEMS ARRIVE BROKEN FREQUENTLY!
If anything arrives broken or missing, she will accuse you of lying , cheating , or say you're trying to get something for free. She will say she doesn't discuss shipping. She even bans the words shipping, missing, or broken on WhatNot. She will tell you her husband does the shipping, and she knows NOTHING about it. If you continue to message needing help, you will get snarky responses, and THEN THEY WILL BLOCK YOU.
- PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT SHE CHARGES. She will price quote one price and then, when your bill is due, INCREASE the amount. The mistakes are always "mysteriously" higher than the actual total. They're never lower. A dollar here, 5 dollars there. If you're not paying attention you will miss it. If you call her out on it, she will get mean! This is where the "Bully" accusations come in. She will blame the system. "Oh it was a system error. I put the right amount in". She will blame your hearing, your inability to count, or you trying to get something for free. Whatever it is..... it is never her fault. She will get mean and nasty. She will demean & block people. She has no loyalty and her business practices are bizarre.
🔶I'm convinced they don't want repeat customers. Because ..... It's easier to scam the new ones.
- BE PREPARED FOR A FIGHT🥊 or take a loss
If anything in your package is wrong, incorrect , or the package never arrives, PREPARE FOR A FIGHT. You can be sweet and kind. You can be as nice as can be. You could have been a great customer for months or years. As soon as you have a question or point out a discrepancy, she no longer likes you. It doesn't matter how small the issue is, or how good of a customer you are, she will turn on you INSTANTLY. She will block you. Block you while she has your items and money. This is why her good customers leave. Many were blocked for asking a question. She is reactive and unreasonable. I think she has Oppositional Defiant Disorder or Narcissistic personality disorder. That along with deep seated GREED.
- BE PREPARED FOR HER TO TALK 💩💩💩 💩💩 . She will blast you online. No matter how good of a customer you were to her. No matter how loyal or kind you have been. No matter how good you thought your relationship was, or how much money you gave her, she will bash you.
If you bring up any issue, ANYTHING AT ALL, or dispute anything, she will block you. She will keep your money, your items, and then tell others what a scam artist you are. Publically.
- BUY WITH CAUTION 🚩🚩YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
Anna and Brad count on you forgetting what you bought. They count on you not tracking your money or your items. They count on you not bringing up problems because you don't want a fight.
This is their business model.
Anna makes her customers feel sorry for her, so they will send tips and buy "crap". She tricks you into thinking you're helping her family by saving her financially from these terrible people who scammed her. Or those pallets that she HAS TO GET OUT OF THERE to make room for others ... Blah blah blah. It's all a part of her "Act". She creates drama. She creates a fake sense of urgency so you feel like you're helping her "clear out the room". Those are her business tactics. The urgency is she wants your money. Don't be fooled. She's laughing all the way to the bank.
She has done this for YEARS!
She has decades of bad reviews.
She has endless trolls because she makes people unhappy wherever she goes.
If you take anything from this, take away this, people are not "screwing" her over. IT'S HER! She steals from people! Do not believe her rhetoric. She uses lies and trash talk as a way to be interesting and gossipy to gain followers. Saying people scammed her is also a way to explain why her friends/ mods/ and long time, repeat buyers have disappeared. It also "explains" why she was suspended so many times. DONT FALL FOR IT. She was suspended for not mailing packages.
She was taking 2-3 months to ship AKA not shipping at all. Buyers finally got upset and asked Whatnot to return their money/ cancel the orders that never arrived. WhatNot refunded because they could see nothing arrived. Once the returns started flooding in Thisorthatutah decided to send the packages out. That way Anna could say they "re-sent the packages in good faith" but what they were really doing was showing Whatnot they sent anything at all. They needed proof to show they shipped SOMETHING because up until that point they had no tracking for the missing packages.... BECAUSE....🚩Anna NEVER SHIPPED THEM OUT IN THE FIRST PLACE. She didn't ship until WhatNot caught on that she was stealing by not shipping. Thats how people ended up with money AND packages. No one scammed the Roffers. It wasn't an elaborate plot. Everyone knows Anna's items and bundles are one of a kind. She didn't "re-ship" . She mailed them out once she got busted.. She needed to show WhatNot that she mailed something otherwise she would have been permanently banned.
THISORTHATUTAH , RofferMercantile , ShopRoffer , TheRoffers are the dishonest ones. We have proof, and thankfully , we have each other. There are about 50 of us right now, and more and more people keep turning up. Some from decades past. She scammed people on eBay with fake art. She scammed people on Facebook with Lularoe. Now she's scamming on Whatnot, Facebook, and Jamble. Luckily thanks to social media we are able to share stories and receipts. The jig is up. We're looking into a class action lawsuit or seeking criminal charges as everyone has receipts. We are looking into Customer Protection with the Federal Trade Commission. It was also recommended to pursue claims and try to recover losses on payment apps like PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle. Please report if you have been scammed by them. Enough reports and they will be banned from using the Payment apps.

You might get a few good packages on Whatnot. In the beginning , she will make good bundles to get new people "hooked". But just remember, the more she gets to know you, the more she will abuse your kindness. Your packages will start coming later and later. More items will be missing and the overcharging gets higher and higher. 🔺🔺 She will exploit your loyalty and trust.
She is a great story teller. She is also a great liar.
Just remember , the people she talks poorly about spent months and years supporting her. We each gave her thousands of dollars. We were loyal customers who gave her hours of our time. WE WERE SCAMMED BY HER. Things went south when we got tired of her stealing our money.

Look them up. They have been hurting people for decades. Anna is not a good person. Please realize who you are buying from. We are not scam artists. We were not an organized group of scammers like she says we were. We were individual buyers who happened to stumble upon Anna. We were great customers who SHE screwed over.
The lies she tells is unreal.
Plus now all she does is speak negatively of people... other sellers, other buyers, neighbors, family, past friends, past customers. It's not kind. She lies, and she hurts people. Don't get addicted to that bad energy.
