What mythical creature do you think symbolizes fantasy the most?

Outside of elementals, Im kind of leaning either towards Phoenixes or dragons, since they are the fantasy "symbol". Like, almost all fantasy worlds have dragons, and phoenixes aren't usually that far behind.
