Looking for tips to find a social raiding guild, particularly for someone with VERY strange hours on US server

I recently had a pretty massive change to my work schedule. It’s mostly good news as I’ll be getting full-time work with benefits, but the downside is; I’ll be working from 7:30pm to 3:30am EST, Sunday through Thursday.

My weekends are going to be precious to me, as it will basically be the only chance I get to interact with people in person, but since my work and schedule are going to leave me pretty isolated, I’m thinking about picking WoW back up.

I haven’t exactly figured out what my daily routine is going to look like, but it’s basically going to mean I would need to find a guild that either raids 4-9am EST, or 1-6pm EST.

I can’t possibly imagine there are many guilds that would do those, at least not on US servers (and you can’t transfer between them, right?). But maybe there are sites or resources for finding a guild?
