Will a Switch 2 emulator be easy to make ?

Not talking about the easiness to run games on X hardware or dodge nintendo ninjas

But if the switch 2 is just a more powerful switch with the same architecture and OS, will an emulator be easy to make technically ? Or will it need the switch 2 to have a hardware exploit like the first switch ?

I guess nintendo will take emulation seriously and do some crazy stuff software wise to make that difficult tho
