F/23/5’5” [161lbs>157lbs=4lbs] Progress is slow going and that is fine by me. I’m eating healthier, exercising daily and no longer drinking. Jan 4th to today so about 7 weeks of progress :)

5’4” 195-> 135. I really wish there was more representation of “hip dips” in media. They’re normal and beautiful and determined by your bone structure, there’s no need to try to change them ❤️
