A community dedicated to the Bara genre of art and media created primarily by gay men for a gay male audience. It typically features masculine men with varying degrees of muscle, body fat, and body hair. It is distinct from yaoi, which historically has been created by and for women and usually depicts androgynous bishōnen (lit. "beautiful boys").
