i’ve had an albino for 3 years with a hump very similar to this. healthy girl who loves to eat lol she’s the fattest of my 7! i’d keep monitoring but it’s possible it’s just a deformity and they can live fine with it

He looks to be very small still. It could be a deformity? And also they aren’t great eaters as they don’t have a tongue and instead they sort of inhale the food. Often they’ll spit their for out and try to catch it again. Not on purpose but usually because they can’t swallow everything at once.

Thanks! Yes, he is young but, in the photo he looks smaller. I have two others, one blonde already had deformity, but a bit lower on the back, when I got them. So hopefully, they just have bad genetics, and it isn't life threatening.

I don't, but he ate a bit of beef heart I gave him the other day, so maybe it's a bigger chunk he couldn't digest properly? It seems he passed some of it, but not the whole thing. I will check him first thing in the morning, since it's late night here.
