That is extremely frustrating and it sounds like something is off. Is there a good performance shop or independent shop in town that you could go to? I know that doesn’t help you with warranty but maybe just for diagnosis it would be worth it.

There is a mustang speciality shop an hour away from me. If I get nowhere with ford I might have to take it there for a diagnosis

OP have you tried cleaning the throttle body? It’s not very difficult, remove the brace, loosen the screw, but since it’s electronic have someone push the gas pedal for you. I had similar issues, car didn’t launch as fast, weird almost rough-ish idle.

Have thought about this before. Might have to give it a try. Allegedly they have “inspected” it before and said there are no signs of issues
